Car2go puts the cars into a queue to be relocated if they have been parked in one location for an extended period of time. During the first few weeks of the launch, the cars may be parked in the same place for longer periods of time as membership builds up and rentals increase. However, no car should be parked in one spot for longer than three days. If there ever is a concern, please contact Car2go’s Call Center and that car will be moved to the top of the queue.
