Description:
Consists of seven (7) members: Meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Qualifications: one (1) member shall be a boat owner who regularly uses the boating facilities in King Harbor; one (1) member shall represent the Harbor and Pier Lessee’s Association; five (5) members shall have backgrounds in one of the following disciplines:

  • A State registered civil or structural engineer, or five years' practical experience in a related engineering field;
  • A member of the Bar of the State;
  • A State-licensed architect; a certified public accountant, or an officer of a financial institution;
  • An oceanographer or marine engineer with five (5) years practical experience;
  • A state-licensed real estate broker;
  • A property manager with five (5) years practical experience;
  • A State-Licensed general contractor;
  • A practicing economic or financial consultant with five (5) years experience;
  • A commercial developer with five (5) years experience;
  • An executive or owner/operator of a business;
  • Experience with a public or government entity;
  • A management level employee with at least five (5) years experience in harbor recreational development.
