Fares And Passes

BCT fares can be paid with a BCT Monthly Pass, a TAP card with an EZ Pass or Stored Value, Access ID card, or exact cash.

BCT Monthly Passes
BCT General, Senior/Disabled and Student (K-12) riders are sold at the City Hall offices.  If you are a frequent BCT service rider, the monthly pass may save you money compared to paying the cash fare.  You may also get additional savings if you are a Redondo Beach or Lawndale resident.  Go to the Bus Pass Subsidy page for more information on reduced BCT passes.

TAP Card Products – Stored Value and EZ Passes
EZ Passes and stored value can be purchased at the City Hall Transit Office.
Redondo Beach residents are eligible for subsidies for the EZ monthly pass or monthly stored value.
Stored value can be purchased at the Senior Family Services Office.  This location only accepts exact cash for payment and the stored value maximum loaded to the TAP card is $20.
