Persons interested in obtaining a BCT monthly pass must complete an application for a BCT Identification Card (monthly pass stickers must be affixed to the BCT ID card). Applications may be submitted by mail, email, or in person. The application fee is waived.

The application packet includes:

• Completed BCT Application
• Copy of Current Utility Bill
• Copy of ID Card or Student ID Card

By Mail Payments:

• Completed Mail Order Form
• Payment
• Self- addressed envelopes for each month purchased
