Landmarks

The City's Preservation Program, established in 1989, encourages property owners of historically significant structures to voluntarily apply for local landmark status. Currently, 121 individual properties have been designated as local historic landmarks. Property tax incentives may be available for certain owners wishing to landmark their property.  For more information about the program, and a property's eligibility, please contact the Planning Division at (310) 318-0637, or by email to PlanningRedondo@redondo.org.
