On Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Redondo Beach City Council, the City Council will be conducting a public hearing regarding proposed user fee changes for the Financial Services, Library, Community Services, Community Development and Public Works Departments.

On Tuesday June 12, 2018 the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider hotel renovation designs pursuant to the Settlement Agreement for the Legado Mixed Use Project at 1700 S. Pacific Coast Highway. Click on the link for further information.
The Planning Commission approved the South Bay Galleria Project at a public hearing on Thursday April 19, 2018.
The approval will be considered at further public hearing by the City Council on a date yet to be determined.
City Hall will be closed beginning Friday December 22, 2017 through the New Year's Holiday. Normal operating hours will resume on Wednesday January 3, 2018.

Northrop Grumman is proposing expansion of buildings M1 and M2. The Initial Environmental Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IES/MND) is available for review.
