The Harbor Patrol office is located at the west end of Marina Way adjacent to Moonstone Park. Harbor Patrol officers can answer questions regarding water safety and boating in King Harbor. Call the Harbor Patrol at (310) 318-0632 with questions.

Boat Hoist
To get your boat into the water via the hoist, call Redondo Beach Marina at (310) 374-3481.
The City of Redondo Beach offers boat hoist coupons to Redondo Beach residents with proof residency and current boat registration. One book per household per year. Coupon books with a value of $150 can be purchased for $20.00 at City Hall, Door 3 and at the Redondo Beach Marina.
The City also provides a hand launch behind Seaside Lagoon for smaller vessels. This launch can be accessed from the Redondo Beach Marina parking lot.**
**TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF HAND LAUNCH: The hand launch located behind Seaside Lagoon will be closed for winter repairs from November 16, 2020 to mid-late March 2021. During this period, visitors can launch hand carried personal watercraft from the Redondo Beach Marina. The ramp is located south of the boat hoist crane structure.
