Storefront Improvement Program
The City of Redondo Beach now offers a Commercial Storefront Improvement Program that provides up to a 50% matching grant to commercial business and property owners for façade improvements. Eligible properties must be located within the following areas:
International Boardwalk, properties located in Redondo Beach in King Harbor along the International Boardwalk.

Eligible improvements under the Program are outlined in the Program Guidelines and include, but are not limited to, exterior paint, removal and replacement of old signs and awnings, repair and replacement of windows and entry doors, and more. APPLICANTS MAY APPLY TO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TIERS OF FUNDING:
