10-2.1804 Signs exempt from regulations.

The following signs and other similar decorative devices shall be exempt from the provisions of this article:

10-2.1808 Residential zone requirements.

The following signs are permitted in any residential zone:

10-2.1812 Mixed-use zone requirements.

Signs in mixed-use zones shall be subject to the following requirements:

10-2.1814 Public zone requirements.

In all "P" Public and Institutional zones, any new sign or change to existing sign, other than a change of copy, that exceeds thirty (30) square feet in area shall be subject to Planning Commission Review (Section 10-2.2502). Any new sign or change to existing sign, other than a change of copy, that is thirty (30) square feet or less in area shall be subject to Administrative Design Review (Section 10-2.2500).
