Beach Cities Transit now accepts TAP

Beach Cities Transit (BCT) Lines 102 and 109 now accept TAP cards, so you can pay your BCT fare with a TAP card that has Stored Value, an EZ transit pass or using an Access ID card. Simply tap your card on the TAP card validator installed on the BCT bus and the correct fare will automatically be deducted.

By accepting TAP, BCT joins other regional transit operators in making it safer and faster to board buses for seamless travel throughout LA County.  In addition, BCT will continue to have fare boxes that accept cash.  Also, transfers between transit agencies are exclusively on TAP and paper transfers have been eliminated.
