Bus Pass Subsidy Program - Metro Transit Passes
The City of Redondo Beach provides a reduced-rate METRO bus pass program for Redondo Beach residents.
The discounted passes are monthly Metro Regular passes, EZ passes and Senior/Disabled passes.
In order to qualify to receive the reduced rate, you must provide current proof-of-residency by providing a utility (gas, electric, water, cable) bill. You may bring current proof-of-residency each time you purchase a bus pass or give us a copy of the required documents for our files. Our files are updated annually.
The bus pass price will not be reduced if current proof-of-residency is not presented when purchasing passes or on file in the Transit Division. Passes are sold Monday through Friday except on holidays and alternate Fridays (City Hall closures). Below are Metro Transit Pass prices for residents and non-residents:

Metro Senior/Disabled Bus Pass:
To purchase a Metro Senior/Disabled monthly pass, you must have a Metro Senior/Disabled TAP card. Metro Senior/Disabled monthly passes are available at a reduced-rate for Redondo Beach residents at Senior & Family Services located at 1922 Artesia Blvd., Redondo Beach.
TAP Stored Value may be purchased at the Transit Office at City Hall or the Senior Family Service Offices at Artesia Blvd.
