We realize that many employers prefer to train a new employee the "company way." In this case, the One Stop Center welcomes the opportunity to pay you to train your employee through On-the-Job-Training.

ON-THE-JOB TRAINING - To help you offset the cost of training an employee on the job, the One Stop Center will reimburse a pre-determined percentage of your employee’s wages for a specific training period. Pre-screened candidates are referred to you for your selection. Upon completion of training, you will have a valuable, permanent employee.

UPGRADE EMPLOYEE SKILLS - The One Stop Center realizes that technology is constantly changing and improving and businesses need to remain current on today’s latest technologies to maintain their competitive advantage. We can reimburse you for up to one-half of your training costs and/or reimburse up to half employee salaries undergoing training.
