NO COST STAFFING SERVICE Our customers are motivated, qualified and reliable employees who are ready to work. Candidates are tested, screened and selected according to your requirements and specifications. We can screen work histories, attitudes, skill levels and interests.

We realize that many employers prefer to train a new employee the “company way.” The Center welcomes the opportunity to pay you to train your employee by offering:
ØON-THE-JOB TRAINING- To help you offset the cost of training an employee on the job, the Center will reimburse a pre-determined percentage of your employee’s wages for a specific training period. Pre-screened candidates are referred to you for your selection.
ØUPGRADE EMPLOYEE SKILLS - The Center realizes that technology is constantly changing and employers need to stay current on the latest advancements to maintain a competitive advantage. If you’re interested in upgrading employee skills, partial reimbursement of training costs is available.
ØYOUTH INTERNSHIPS
Limited Internship – This is a federally funded program that allows youth (18-21) to be trained on the job for up to 200 hours. During the training period, the Center pays full worker’s compensation and 100% of the training wages.
SUPPORT SYSTEMS
Continuing assistance can be provided for low - income working families to ensure success in a new job.
