(FOR REDONDO BEACH RESIDENTS, HOME SEEKERS AND LANDLORDS)

Statement
The City of Redondo Beach is committed to promoting fair housing. All renters and home seekers are entitled to receive equal treatment, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, familial status or age.

Fair Housing Information and Enforcement of Fair Housing Laws
The City contracts with the Housing Rights Center (formerly the Westside Fair Housing Council), a nonprofit organization, to help educate the public about fair housing laws and to investigate reported cases of housing discrimination. The Housing Rights Center is a long-established organization, dedicated to promoting fair housing for all persons.
