Housing Authority

The Redondo Beach Housing Authority administers two programs for the city: The Housing Choice Voucher Program and The Landlord/Tenant Fair Housing Program.  Both programs are funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which is a branch of the federal government.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, closed alternate Fridays. 

Walk-in Lobby Hours:  to speak to a Housing Specialist are Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays are by appointment only. 

If you plan to visit the Housing Authority office when our counter is closed, we ask that you call ahead and schedule an appointment, if you do not already have one.  Otherwise, you are welcome to stop by anytime during normal business hours to use our new self-service lobby.   We have easy-to-use forms, as well as pens, paper, and other supplies for your convenience.  There are also confidential drop boxes in our lobby for you to leave us your messages, questions, and information.

Dispute Resolution: The City contracts with Choice Mediation.
