FEES FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF PAYING ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE

Due to the additional expense the City incurs associated with alternative payment methods, such as those conducted via telephonic software programs, vendor Web pages, and online payment programs the City Council recently approved a $3 Convenience Fee for all business transactions that occur over the phone or online. This fee has been adopted Citywide, and applies to all Recreation program and class registrations on a per transaction basis. The application of the fee allows for a more equitable recovery of the costs for using convenient ways of paying for City services.

Please apply the $3 Convenience Fee by adding
Class # 22296 to your cart prior to checkout. Thank you.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Registration is available by mail, fax, walk-in, phone and on-line.
Online registration using Rec Web is available until the first day of class.

Classes are subject to change or cancellation with no advanced notice.

REFUND REQUESTS:
Must be made in writing; $15 administration fee for each class; $25 for each camps.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund processing.
