Fulton Playfield is a 1.25-acre field located at Earle Street and Ripley Avenue. It is unlighted and used by South Redondo Little League and Redondo Beach Pop Warner Football for practice. Approximately 52% of usable hours are currently programmed.

  • After 2 years of the Green Flag drainage project Fulton Playfield will re-open on Saturday, November 9, 2002.  The playfield is the lowest part in the City; a large concrete lined holding tank was installed for storm water run off.  The soil was re graded and installed a drainage system in the soil to carry away ground water. A new timed sprinkler system  installed.
  • City terraced slopes north, east, South. Irrigated and planted new shrubs
  • Transplanted a 60 ft Palm tree to make access to the drive way
  • Installed a new baseball back stop
  • New benches and drinking fountains installed
  • Installed a decomposed granite walk way
  • Planted new trees on Rindge/Ripley
  • Planted new trees in parkways
  • Planted year round full color
