Parking Meter Repair

To report a broken or malfunctioning parking meter, please do the following:

1. If possible, please note the parking meter number on the internal face of the parking meter and note it.
2. If you cannot find the parking meter number please note the approximate address adjacent to the parking meter or the streets at each end of the block.
3. Call the Parking Enforcement Unit at (310) 318-0617 and provide the staff with the location and a description of the malfunction.
4. Use the Redondo Beach Customer Service Center electronic complaint program at https://clients.comcate.com/newrequest.php?id=23 .
