A listing of pending development projects is provided below in PDF format. Pending development projects include projects currently submitted to the Planning Department for review and approval. This includes projects requiring Planning Commission approval and projects requiring administrative approval. The list is updated monthly after projects submitted by the Planning Commission filing deadline have been reviewed and accepted as complete. Projects carried over for any reason from the previous month are included.
The agendas for Planning Commission meetings are available online, as are minutes from previous meetings. The Planning Commission typically meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
Written comments on administratively approved projects must be submitted by the deadline noted on the list of pending projects. Comments must be submitted in writing and can be submitted by mail to the Planning Department, 415 Diamond, Redondo Beach, CA 90277, or fax (310) 372-8021. Written comments on Planning Commission projects should be submitted prior to the Planning Commission public hearing.
