The Redondo Beach Library Foundation was incorporated in 1996 as a 501c [3] tax exempt charitable organization for the purpose of soliciting private contributions to enhance and expand the services and resources of the library. Meet the Board of Directors North Branch Capital Campaign The Library Foundation is currently waging a Capital Campaign to build a new North Branch Library. The new 12,000 square foot facility would incorporate the North Branch Library and the Hayward Center into one building fronting Artesia Boulevard at Green Street.
