IRS FEDERAL TAX FORMS - 2018 
The form 1040 booklet and the 1040 instructions for 2018 are now available at the Main Library and the North Branch. 1040 A and 1040 EZ are no longer published; all taxpayers use the same form.

The 1040 booklet includes the new postcard size 1040 form and the six new schedules, numbered 1-6. No other forms or schedules are available, but for those who are unable to print out forms from the Web, Library staff will do so for $.15 a page. The Library has the 540 booklets, which include the forms. .
