Tax Forms for 2011

Some forms will be in the Main Library beginning Tuesday, January 3, and at the North Branch on January 4.

Please call us at (310) 318-0675 extension 5 to check on the availability of Specific forms.

Tax forms can be printed out from the Web.
Please visit he IRS site at http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/index.html and the State of California Site at http://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms to print out tax forms and publications.

For those who are unable to print out forms from the Web, our staff will do so for $.15 a page. We also have the 2009 federal forms in a reproducible binder.
