Historical Landmarks
The City's Preservation Program, established in 1989, encourages property owners of historically significant structures to voluntarily apply for local landmark status. Currently, 35 individual properties and 16 properties located in two separate districts have been designated as local historic landmarks. A number of financial Incentives are available to the owners of landmark properties. For more information about the program please contact the Planning Division at (310) 318-0637.
