The "Traffic Study" is the full text and appendices of the traffic study that is referenced in the Analysis of Proposed Major Changes in Allowable Land Use.
The first two rows under the Harbor/Pier Parcels in Tables T9 and T23 have been
revised in the Analysis of Proposed Major Change in Allowable Land Use and the
Traffic Study.
The versions of these tables previously released on the City’s website on August 26,
2010 contained the correct “totals” in these tables. Additional unrelated revisions have
also been made to the Analysis of Proposed Major Change in Allowable Land Use and
the Traffic Study.
All of the revised information referenced above was previously set forth in other
sections of the Analysis of Proposed Major Change in Allowable Land Use and Traffic
Study. These revisions do not affect the underlying analysis in the Analysis of
Proposed Major Change in Allowable Land Use or the Traffic Study. These
corrections were made available on the City’s website on September 2, 2010
