Purpose

Consists of the Mayor and Council Members. The Public Financing Authority, a joint powers authority, was formed on June 25, 1996, to provide financing for capital improvement projects. The Financing Authority operates rental property and issues bonds to provide funds for public capital improvements. The Financing Authority has the same governing board of the City, which also performs all accounting and administrative functions for the Financing Authority.

Qualifications

Consists of the Mayor and Council Members.
