Purpose

Consists of the Mayor and Council Members and 2 persons who are tenants of the Section 8 Housing Program. The Authority shall review and make recommendations on all matters to come before the authority prior to authority action, except emergency matters and matters, which the commission by resolution excludes from its review. Must be a tenant of the Section 8 Housing Program and requires a special application. Section 3290, Health & Safety Code and Housing Authority Resolution No. 12
