Objective Residential Standards

The Objective Residential Standards (ORS) are intended to achieve locally compatible design, eliminate uncertainties for residential applicants by removing subjectivity, and encourage better outcomes by providing clear, illustrative examples in compliance with the standards. The ORS provide straight-forward criteria that reflect the community's interest in maintaining neighborhood character so that new and renovated residential buildings are compatible with established neighborhoods.
