Coming from the South - Freeways

110 Freeway - Exit Torrance Blvd.
Take the 110 Freeway to the Torrance Blvd exit. Go west on Torrance Blvd. Take Torrance Blvd to Pacific Coast Hwy and turn right (north). Take Pacific Coast Hwy to Diamond Street and turn left. City Hall is located at 415 Diamond Street.

405 Freeway - Exit Crenshaw Blvd.
Take the 405 Freeway south to the Crenshaw exit. Take a right going south on Crenshaw to 190t h and turn right onto 190th. Take 190th to Pacific Coast Hwy. At Pacific Coast Hwy take a left going south to Diamond Street. Turn right at Diamond Street. City Hall is located at 415 Diamond Street.

From the North - Freeways

110 Freeway - Exit Torrance Blvd.

Coming from the East

Take either the 91 or 105 Freeway to the 110 Freeway. Go South on the 110 Freeway to the Torrance Blvd exit. Take a right going west on Torrance Blvd to Pacific Coast Hwy and turn right. Take Pacific Coast Hwy to Diamond Street and turn left. City Hall is located at 415 Diamond Street.
